You can do this in the app (Me, then Delete account) or here. Sign in first, so we know it's you.

Can't sign in? Write to imantobb@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Deleted for good

Your name, mobile number and email address, your clinic's address or your registration details and calendar, ratings you gave and received, and every X-ray and photo you added.

A patient's name, number and email go too. Their clinic keeps its own card for them and its records of their visits and bills.

What happens to your cases

A clinic's cases nobody has booked are deleted.
Booked visits that haven't happened yet are cancelled.
Visits a specialist already made stay in their records, with the clinic's name and area, the procedure, dates and fee, because it's their work and payment history.
A specialist's booked visits that haven't happened go back to the clinic as open cases.
Visits they already made stay in the clinic's records, without their name.

Make sure you've been paid, or have paid, for finished visits first: you won't see them on Cuspel again. Full details are in our privacy policy.
